INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Yes we ship internationally. Postage costs will calculate automatically on checkout based on your location. Note that you will be responsible for the cost of any taxes or customs duties incurred. Please note GWENYTH MAY is unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. For questions regarding customs fees, we suggest contacting your local government.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are wishing to return an exchange or refund please contact us on info@gwenythmay.com Please allow 1-2 working days for us to respond. Please note, no exchanges or refunds will be accepted without authorisation from head office. 

Any item purchased online for refund or exchange must be unused, undamaged & have the original tags still attached. To organise returns & exchanges you must contact info@gwenythmay.com within 7 days of order date and be returned to GWENYTH MAY within 14 days of order date.
 We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange request if it does not apply with this policy.

Once the item has been received & checked, a refund will be credited against your original method of purchase, excluding delivery charges. For your protection, we recommend returning the goods via a traceable method, so you can trace the package back to us.
